Material Movement

Due to security regulations, no curbside moves will be approved  unless the item(s) cannot fit in the freight elevators.

Tractor trailers are NOT permitted to access the Terminal 3 loading dock.

All material movement request forms must be submitted a minimum of two business days prior to the requested move date.

This form is to be completed by the responsible project manager before any construction material, project materials, large furniture moves, or displays are moved/delivered to or through Terminal 1, Terminal 3, the East Hold Terminal (EHT) or the Infield Terminal (IFT). Once the form is completed and submitted, the appropriate project manager will be contacted (within two business days) and advised as to whether the routing has been approved. If the proposed plan cannot be approved, necessary communication will take place to ensure that all aspects of the plan are corrected as required.
