Lloyd McCoomb President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Lloyd McCoomb has over thirty years of experience in transportation management. From March 1994 to the creation of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in December 1996, Dr. McCoomb held the post of Airport General Manager, Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Dr. McCoomb served as Vice President, Airport Planning and Development. On February 1, 2007, Dr. McCoomb was appointed to the position of President and CEO of the GTAA. Prior to joining the GTAA, Dr. McCoomb held various positions at the Canadian Armed Forces, Transport Canada, the Air Administration in Ottawa and Airports Group. Dr. McCoomb has a Bachelor of Applied Science and Doctorate in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science (civil-transportation) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Howard Bohan Vice President, Operations and Customer Experience
Mr. Howard Bohan joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in December 1996 as Manager, Terminal Operations. In January 1999, he was appointed General Manager, Landside Operations, in June 2004, was appointed Director, Properties and Concessions, and in May 2007, was appointed to his current position. Prior to joining the GTAA, Mr. Bohan held various positions at the airport with Transport Canada. Mr. Bohan has a Masters degree in Business Administration from McMaster University, Ontario. |

Nicole Desloges Vice President, People and Culture
Ms. Desloges joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in May 2010. Prior to joining the GTAA, she held the position of Vice President Human Resources with Transcontinental since 2003. Prior to that, Ms. Desloges held human resources and operations positions at Symcor Inc. and the Royal Bank of Canada. Ms. Desloges holds a bachelor’s degree from l’Université du Quebec en Outaouais and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Graduate Studies. Ms. Desloges is a member of the Conference Board of Canada National Council of HR Executives, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Strategic Capability Network. |

Brian P. Gabel Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Brian Gabel joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in September 2007. Prior to joining the GTAA, Mr. Gabel held executive roles in Finance, Operations, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, Business Development, and Regulatory Affairs at various companies, including the British Columbia Transmission Corporation and Hydro One. Mr. Gabel is a chartered accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario. |

Pamela Griffith-Jones Vice President, Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer
Ms. Pamela Griffith-Jones joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in March 2009. Prior to joining the GTAA, Ms. Griffith-Jones held a variety of senior leadership roles in the retail and consumer goods industries, including Canadian Tire Corporation and Sears Canada. Ms. Griffith-Jones holds Honours Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.

Brian Lackey Vice President, Strategic Planning and Airport Development
Mr. Brian Lackey joined the Toronto Airport management team in 1989. In 1997, he was appointed Director of Engineering and Maintenance; in February 2002, was appointed Vice President of Operations and Chief Engineer; and in May 2007, was appointed to his current position. Prior to joining the GTAA, Mr. Lackey worked for Transport Canada, Indian and Northern Affairs, and Public Works Canada and he has 35 years experience in the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of airport facilities. Mr. Brian Lackey holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from Carleton University, Ottawa.

Toby Lennox Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications
Mr. Toby C.D. Lennox joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in 1995 as Senior Legal Counsel. In 2007, he was appointed Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications. Prior to joining the GTAA, Mr. Lennox practiced corporate law with Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt in Toronto. Mr. Lennox holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Trent University, a Masters of Arts from Dalhousie University and law degrees from Oxford University and Dalhousie University.

Gary Long Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Gary Long joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in 2000 to head the Information Technology Department initiatives in support of the Airport Development Program at Pearson Airport. In 2004, he was appointed Director of the new Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T) Department. With more than thirty years of experience in the information management and technology fields, Mr. Long has worked for de Havilland Aircraft Limited, Imperial Oil, the Molson Companies, Levi Strauss, Cyanamid Canada, Hoffman La Roche, and Warner Lambert Canada. He has lead major IT transformation programs in Canada, U.S., and the U.K. Mr. Long graduated from Ryerson University in Business Administration and holds a certificate in Production and Inventory Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society.

Douglas Love Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Douglas A. Love joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in August 1999. Prior to joining the GTAA, Mr. Love was employed by Molson Inc. and has also held various executive positions with a number of Canadian corporations. Mr. Love has a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Business from McMaster University and earned his LLB degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. |

Patrick Neville Vice President, Facilities
Mr. Pat Neville, P.Eng., joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in March 2001 as the Director, Facility Activation. In April 2004, Mr. Neville was appointed Director of Airport Planning. With more than 20 years of management experience in the airline industry in technical operations and airport operations roles, Mr. Neville was employed by Wardair Canada, Canadian Airlines, and Air Canada. Mr. Neville is a professional engineer, and a graduate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and Harvard’s Advanced Management Program.
