Thursday, July 29 was an important day for Toronto Pearson and its neighbours. Cargo carrier FedEx, one the largest carriers serving Toronto Pearson, brought in the first of many new quieter Boeing 757 aircraft to their facility at the north end of the airport. This historic flight was greeted with a water cannon salute from the airport firefighters.
