Canadian International Air Show 2009
It’s that time of year again. The end of summer and the end of the CNE, which means the time has come for the Canadian International Air Show.

The GTAA is pleased to be supporting the Air Show once again this year with the staging of a number of military aircraft at Pearson. This is always a highlight for airport employees and plane spotters alike as these unique and exciting aircraft make Pearson their home through the weekend.

Over the next few days, these aircraft will be arriving at Pearson and taking part in a number of practice sessions. Some of these aircraft do not follow typical flight patterns so some operations may be seen that are out of the ordinary. As well, during the Air Show hours, it may be necessary for some regular aircraft flight patterns to be adjusted to accommodate aircraft operations within the restricted airspace in the CNE area.

The Air Show will be taking place from 12:30pm to 4:45pm on September 5, 6 and 7.

For any questions relating to the Air Show, please contact the Air Show office at 416-263-3650 or visit www.cias.org.
