Jump Up! Scotiabank Caribana at Toronto Pearson
On July 30, the flavour of the islands comes back to Toronto Pearson. Come out and celebrate Scotiabank Caribana with Garrett Burgess who will be entertaining the airport crowds with a steel pan performance. The performance will be from 3-5 p.m. in the international arrivals hall (meeter/greeter area) of Terminal 3.

Toronto Pearson is Canada’s gateway to the Caribbean, linking the Greater Toronto Area with business, family, and sunshine in over 20 Caribbean destinations. As the Scotiabank Caribana festival kicks off, Canadian and international guests alike are flying into Toronto Pearson to take part in the festivities. This year, the Scotiabank Caribana festivities start for passengers as soon as they step foot in the terminal.

On July 16, passengers that arrived in Terminal 1 were greeted with steelpan beats played by 22 children from the St. Jamestown Steel Orchestra. To view a clip of the performance click here.

On July 23, the fun continued with Caribbean Folk Performers entertaining travellers and employees alike in the International Arrivals area of Terminal 3 as they put on a display of their limbo dancing skills.

The GTAA is proud to be part of all of this year’s Scotiabank Caribana events.
