Changing Exhibits in Terminal 1

The changing exhibits spaces feature temporary shows which reflect a variety of themes including art, design, history, science, popular culture and natural history. Some shows are organized through partnerships with cultural institutions and organizations, collectors and arts groups, while others are produced by the GTAA.

Special emphasis is placed on local and Ontario institutions. Exhibition partners include Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame, CONTACT Photography Festival, Design Exchange, Ontario Crafts Council, Open Studio and the Royal Ontario Museum. The program also includes shows by artists at various stages of their careers, and open calls to artists to submit works for thematic exhibitions.
