Storage facilities are available at the Travel Stores on the Departures Level of both terminals. The Travel Stores also provide luggage strapping and fax services. How many bags can I check-in and carry onto the aircraft with me? A3. Carry on restrictions may vary from airline to airline. Is wheelchair assistance available at the Airport? A12. The GTAA provides wheelchairs and electric carts for passengers requiring assistance as they travel throughout the airport. Yes, currency exchange services are available in both terminals. Terminal 1: International Currency Exchange (ICE) services (416) 776-1311. Terminal 3: Travelex currency exchange services (416) 776-2497. Q14. Are baggage carts available inside secure areas? A14. No, baggage carts are not available inside secure areas. Baggage carts are only available for use in areas located before security screening points and in baggage claim areas. Q15. Are infant car seats and strollers available at the Airport? A15. No, infant car seats and strollers are not available. However, you may bring your own and check them in as checked baggage. If you bring your own stroller, it is not necessary to check it in until you reach the aircraft door. Upon arrival at your destination, you will be able to reclaim your stroller at the aircraft door. A20. Duty Free Shops are open two hours prior to the scheduled departure of the first flight and close approximately 30 minutes prior to the last departure flight. The LINK Train offers free transportation between Terminal 1, Terminal 3, the Sheraton hotel, and the Reduced Rate Parking Lot (at Viscount Station).
