Single Point of Access for Training

FESTI’s goal is to be recognized as the centre of excellence for emergency services training worldwide. FESTI is the single point of access for multiple programs for new recruits and firefighters interested in recertification or expanding their skills. FESTI also provides CPR and First Aid Programs for businesses that are geared to meet industry, business and government requirements. Our expansive facility and course availability allow us to train more people more often.

Customized Training Programs On- or Off-Site

FESTI offers customized training both on-site at our leading edge training facility and off-site to accommodate any organization’s need. Our professional staff of instructors can customize training programs to meet the specific needs of professional firefighters or corporations. We can provide unique solutions for your training needs.

'Real Life' Training

FESTI understands the best way to prepare a firefighter is through real life training that cannot be found in a classroom alone. The Institute is innovative in its consolidation of education and practical aids for fire and emergency training. FESTI offers a 15-acre Special Operations Training Centre that includes a Confined Spaces Building, Rescue Tower, Burn Building, Aircraft Training Mock-Ups, Auto Extrication Area, Confined Space Maze and Collapse Zone which provide realistic and safe, specialized training in hazardous materials and emergency scenarios.

Our classroom programs not only include the most up-to-date training and procedures to ensure safety, our Special Operations Training Centre provides realistic and safe, specialized training in hazardous materials and emergency scenarios.

Comfort

FESTI’s well appointed classrooms have all the amenities necessary to do any type of training. The cafeteria provides professionally catered food services. Classrooms are located below an extensive green roof system that allows for improved temperature control in all seasons.
